Delivery across the blood-brain barrier

This project is working to generate a blend of rAAV vectors which we can test against Bexorg's model of the Blood-brain barrier, to see which vectors perform best.  

The end result should be an MRC CoRE TG rAAV Capsid Library, including manufacturing materials, with well understood performance metrics.  These can be loaded with candidate therapies identified in the Brain theme, and tested using the methods we have streamlined during this first phase of work.

The Delivery Theme is concentrating on "how" to deliver to the brain; the Brain Theme is working on "what" to deliver.
